As far as its design is concerned, the 911 GT3 differentiates itself by newly designed front and rear bumpers, newly designed air intake scoops, a carbon rear wing which now stands 20mm higher and many carbon-fiber bits. On the inside, it gets a GT sports steering wheel which originates from the 918 Spyder.

The engine is naturally aspirated, 4L, flat six which produces 500 BHP and 460 Nm of torque and is a carbon version of that found in the 911 GT3 Cup. All the power is sent to its rear wheels and Porsche offers it in a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic and a six-speed manual transmission.

Porsche’s optional ClubSport package includes a roll cage, a red six-point seat belt for the driver and fire extinguisher to make it track-ready. The standard Alacantara leather-finished seats are 18-way adjustable and the full bucket seats are made out of carbon-fibre reinforced plastic (CRPF).
