After the recent launch of Mercedes AMG G 63 ‘Crazy Colour’, S 500 and AMG S 63 Coupe in India, Mercedes-Benz as a part of strengthening the AMG portfolio further, is now introducing the latest AMG S 63 Sedan in India.
As the ninth AMG model to be introduced in India, the exclusive and luxurious Mercedes-AMG S 63 Sedan is all set to be launched in India. The Mercedes-AMG S 63 will not only expand the flagship S-Class’ range further, but will also redefine luxury in the AMG segment.
This stunningly beautiful and exclusive sedan adorned with the latest ‘designo’ platform will make its India debut in Bangalore on 11th August.
Mr. Eberhard Kern, Managing Director and CEO of Mercedes-Benz will be launching the car at a press conference, and this will also be Mercedes-Benz’s 10th launch in 2015.
The S 63 Sedan gets the handcrafted 5.5-liter AMG biturbo V-8 under the hood, which generates staggering output of 577 BHP and 664 lb-ft of torque. Along with its millisecond-quick Direct Injection and multispark ignition technologies, increased fuel injection pressure and turbo boost are among the AMG enhancements, the car does 0-100 km/h in 3.9 seconds. The 7-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT transmission’s innovative multi-clutch technology delivers instant response to any driving situation. The car gets a high compound braking system too.
On the safety side, the car gets a lot of features like the collision prevent assist, active full-LED headlamps, 11 airbags, brake assist, ABS, Rain sensing wipers, smartkey, magic vision, etc.
Interiors are pretty good as the car gets complete Nappa leather upholstery, cabin fragrance system, cabin-air purification system, heated 12-way power front seats and heated rear executive seats and a lot more.
