DSK Benelli launches its most affordable motorcycle – the DSK Benelli TNT 25 in India at a price tag of Rs. 1.68 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bike is available in two variants, Standard (MRF Tyres) and Premium (Metzeler Tyres). The Standard bike is priced at Rs. 1.68 lakhs and the Premium bike is priced at Rs. 1.75 lakhs (both prices are ex-showroom, Delhi).
The Benelli TNT 25 is powered by a 249 cc liquid cooled 4-stroke single cylinder, which produces 28.16 BHP of power at 9800 rpm and 21.61 Nm of torque at 8000 rpm. The power is sent to the rear wheel via a 6-speed transmission. The bike gets a steel trellis frame and for good riding dynamics, the suspension setup on the front are the up-side down forks and at the rear is a mono shock suspension.
The bike gets a 280 mm petal disc with a 4 piston caliper at front and a 240 mm single disc with a double piston caliper at the rear. The 17” alloy wheels look simply great and the bike gets two colour options – White and Red.
The bike can even be customized according to the buyer’s personality and the buyer gets 3 decals sets to choose from to make his/her bike more attractive.
The bike also gets two tyre options viz. the MRF and the Metzelers.
